Gibran cited an example in Solo, where a special start-up program in local banks provides initial capital to make it easier for young people to develop their businesses without assets that can be used as collateral. He mentioned Bank Jateng as an institution offering this special start-up program, allowing start-ups without assets to access capital without collateral.
