Sumedang – Minister of Defense (Menhan) Prabowo Subianto was greeted by thousands of residents including farmers in the event ‘Guidance for Agricultural Extension and Farmers and Participatory Food Estate in West Java Province to Support the Increase in National Rice and Corn Production’ in Sumedang, Tuesday (30/1).
On this occasion, Prabowo attended the invitation of the Minister of Agriculture (Mentan) Andi Amran Sulaiman and will speak about agricultural extension and food security through the Food Estate.
Thousands of residents, mostly farmers and breeders, compete to shake hands and capture moments with Prabowo. Some young people also attended wearing university jackets.
“Mr. Prabowo! Mr. Prabowo,” replied the residents.
Prabowo on that occasion wore a cream safari outfit and a totopong (a typical Sundanese headband). He arrived around 10:55 AM and was immediately greeted enthusiastically by residents who had filled the event location since early morning. (SENOPATI)
