Pasaman, – Public is now waiting for the decision of the National Civil Service Agency (BKN) regarding the dismissal or temporary suspension of the Pasaman Regency Secretary, Mara Ondak, and the appointment of Acting Regency Secretary, Yasri Uripsyah, by the Acting Regent of Pasaman, Sabar AS, on November 13, 2023.
“The relevant directorates have coordinated. Everything is currently in process,” said the Head of the Public Relations, Legal, and Cooperation Bureau of BKN, Nur Hasan, to deliknews.com, on Monday (20/11/23).
Previously, on November 16, 2023, based on information received from deliknews.com, the Head of the Public Relations, Legal, and Cooperation Bureau of BKN, Nur Hasan, admitted that he immediately conveyed the information to the Directorate of Supervision and Control (Wasdal), and it has been followed up.
“The dismissal from the position has its mechanisms, I have forwarded it to the director who handles Pasaman Regency to ensure whether there are any violations of NSPK (Norms, Standards, Procedures, and Criteria),” Nur Hasan explained to deliknews.com on Wednesday (16/11/23).
Nur Hasan explained that appointing, transferring, and dismissing is the authority of the PPK, in this case the regent, but there are mechanisms or NSPK.
“If violations of NSPK are found, then BKN will urge the regent to cancel the dismissal, and if the PPK does not follow the recommendation, then BKN can revoke the decree and block civil service provisions,” said Nur Hasan in his explanation.
The latest information gathered by deliknews.com from various sources, the temporary suspension of the Pasaman Regency Secretary, Mara Ondak, is allegedly not in accordance with the procedures regulated in the Head of BKN Regulation No. 6 of 2022 concerning the Implementation Guidelines of Government Regulation Number 94 of 2021.
Meanwhile, the Acting Regent of Pasaman, Sabar AS, confirmed on November 18, 2023, that for inspection purposes, the Definitive Secretary, Mara Ondak (MO), has been dismissed and Yasri Uripsah has been appointed as the Acting Regency Secretary. “For inspection purposes, MO has been dismissed and Yasri Uripsah has been appointed as the Acting Regency Secretary of Pasaman,” said Sabar AS, via WhatsApp message.
However, Sabar AS did not provide an explanation when asked whether the Definitive Secretary was dismissed or temporarily suspended. Similarly, confirmation whether his policy is in accordance with the procedures regulated in the Head of BKN Regulation No. 6 of 2022.
The Acting Regent of Pasaman, Sabar AS, has not provided a complete explanation regarding his controversial policy. As of now, the public is waiting for the decision from BKN, which is currently in process.
